I just got this dress from Forever21 over the weekend. I knew it had to come back home with me as soon as I laid eyes on it. It's kind of funny how many times I can fall in love with so many different clothes and accessories. The polka dots and sheerness of this dress really grabbed my attention and it makes me feel all feminine. The necklace is again from Charming Charlie and the shoes are from Payless.
